Operation 513 Battle Log For Towong on Tuesday Nov 2nd, 2021 from 1330 to 1500

Today only Johnny and Hung were available while Winnie had to attend an Eyes Specialist post operation follow up appointment. Johnny as the leader decided to switch to a different place to try to meet a different group of people flow other than the UQ student concentrated people group. We therefore went to the Sherwood Street taking a post far enough from the main entrance of Toowong Village. First impression was that it is a more difficult place for outreach. We did encounter many rejections in the beginning. Yet, when we just started to feel desperate at the end of human way, the sense of the need of the guidance of the Holy Spirit phased in. Gradually, I got the sensitivity to pick and stop the right persons one after the others. Some stopped for a chat, some let me to keep chatting while walking with them since they were in a hurry. Over all speaking, it was a difference spiritual experience in comparison to the outreach at the bus stop that required less sensitivity to the guidance of the Holy Spirit but simply pick whoever is available. Recap below were the divine encounters led by the Spirit.

1) David an old guy who was the first to stop to have a chat with me. He claimed he is a Christian but was not sure of his salvation opining that god only knows the answer. But I told him God has already revealed through the Bible the way to be saved with certainty. I used the pictures on the cover of the John Bible booklet to ask if he thought the effectiveness of the work of Jesus dying for our sins on the cross is still not 100% effective enough to save us? Then he came to the full understanding that he actually should have 100% assurance of salvation and thanks for my clarification.

2) Two Chinese guys took the tracts but still reluctance to chat despite I walked with them for a short while.

3) Another Arabic person with a Muslim look was friendly to stop but apologised he could not stop for a chat but he was happy to take a tract to read.

4) Then came Mia a Filipino Christian who stopped immediately to chat despite she indicated she was heading to meet someone. Anyway, I wasted no time to check for her assurance of salvation which was only at 50% level. Again, I used the same technique of showing the picture with Jesus fencing off the hell of fire taking our place to receive the punishment of our sin. Like David, she immediately came to her sense that the work of Jesus should guarantee 100% effectiveness. Of course, I supplemented with Eph 2:10 and 2 Cor 1:10 to give her a full picture of Gods holistic salvation package plan. She is church going and is having good personal relationship with God.

5) The Spirit then guided me to stop a Nepal lady who is not yet a believer. She was open to the gospel and appeared very receptive to the Gospel. I mentioned despite Nepal is a Hindu major country, yet Christianity has started growing since the earth quake 10 odd years ago. She then disclosed that her husband is already a Christian, then I urged her to take it seriously to read the tract and ask the Spirit to guide and move her to reached the conviction that as a sinner, she needs Jesus like her husband does. Then ultimately, they will for sure be reunion n heaven in eternity. So let pray for a step of action faith to be made in God’s best timing.

6) Graham checked if what I preached is pure gospel and quickly disclosed that he is a Christian. I wasted no time to check for his assurance of salvation which was 100% perfect. He showed appreciation for our work and said he is a School Chaplain and a pastor himself.

7) A lady in Green took a tract and when asked if she can go to heaven by acting just as a good person, she said she didn’t know but had no time to chat. I told her the answer straight ahead that no one unless a perfect person can go to heaven. I pray and hope that she can verify it from the tract.

8 ) Joe with a cigarette in hand was originally not a preferred target to stop for a chat. Yet the Spirit moved me to approach him and really, he stopped willingly. He is a very open-minded guy who loves to hear and learn new stuff. He was not completely strange to the gospel and believed there is a God. But after gospel sharing, he admitted he is a sinner who needed Jesus. So I gave him the Gospel John booklet and urged him to read both the tract and the John booklet to seek guidance from the Spirit to make the last step of faith in Christ.

9) A big guy arrived by car and looked interested in what we were doing when he got off from his car. He actually was waiting for his girlfriend to come for a late lunch. I took use of this time to share the gospel briefly to him then his girlfriend arrived. She declared immediately she is a Buddhist. I responded that all religions are good at teaching people to be a good person but exactly do not provide answer to address our sins. I do not want to occupy their dating time, so just asked them to read the tract and think about the life in eternity to see if they need Jesus.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Toowong on Tuesday Oct 26,2021 from 1330 to 1500

As usual the team of three Johnny, Winnie and Hung assembled at the Toowong train Station for an opening prayer before we moved to the Bus stop across the road which is an ideal Open Air Street outreach mission field meeting for mostly UQ students. But we found out lately that the chances of meeting those same persons we met before have increased to an extend some of them may try to avoid us. Johnny and I will pray if we should try a new location next time to meet a different group of people.

Anyway, both Winnie and Johnny got many chances of conversation. As for me I got 6 as recap below: -

1) Johnny approached a man from Macau who does not speak Mandarin 澳門, so he referred that person to me. He appeared very alienated 非常汵淡‬ and not that attentive to my talk. Nevertheless, I still managed to finished sharing of the full Gospel. While I doubted if he had taken in any message I shared, he then said to me thanks you, my bus had come. So, he might have listened in all the gospel message and up to God to open his heart.

2) Then I approached a year three UQ student 男生三年生 from Zhejiang, Mainland China 浙江‬. He was very open to chat about faith and appeared quite receptive to the gospel message. Pray that the seed of gospel sown in his heart will bear spiritual fruit in His time.

3) Then I caught up with ‪Joshua from Kuching, Eastern Malaysia. He is English speaking as he was brought up in English speaking family attending International School in Thailand than back in Malaysia. He quickly declared he is a Christian but failed the test of assurance of salvation having only 70%‬ certainty to go to heaven. But once I drew him to the picture with Christ taking our place to receive the punishment of our sin, blocking out the hell of fire to spare us from eternal death, then he immediately came to the right sense that the work of Jesus is 100 % effective to save us from the punishment as well as bondage of sin. I explained further to him the three-fold salvation package of God as per 2 Cor 1:10, then he understood completely that despite we feel and know that we are not yet perfect after becoming a Christian, but we are readily a Masterpiece created by God in Christ that we will be made perfect by the work of the Holy Spirit and will have the privilege to work with God to get trained and be mature in spirituality eventually.

4) The I sat beside a ‪Muslim background lady who I noticed than was on the phone. She gestured me to wait and did turn to talk to me after the phone conversation was over. It showed she is a nice and polite lady. When asked if she thinks being a good person alone will be good enough‬ to earn our admission to heaven, she said yes without hesitation. I quickly shared with her the right answer that no one can go to heaven unless we are perfect. She felt a bit unbelievable. It was a pity that here bus came at this moment so our gospel sharing was cut short. Pray that the tract will still do the job to let her understand this truth of life.

5) Estefani a girl from India or Pakistan who claimed I had chatted with her and she had read the tract. I asked how did she find the tract and she said it is sensible and logical to read. So, I urged her to take a bold step to make her personal faith action to receive Christ and I will pray for her to be moved and touched by the Spirit. ‬

6) Ronny is a man from Indonesia. He looks all Asian, if not Chinese but he could only speak English. He knows Christianity is gaining force to grow in Indonesia. He anyway does not have any religious adherence. So, to certain degree, he was open to have a chat on the gospel. Again, the bus came a bit too early to cut our conversation short and he could just take a tract to read first.‬

I was referred to do visitation to an elderly Vietnamese lady of age over 90 years old. She lives in a Church of Christ aged care home in Mitchelton.  Since I have special burden to care for the elderly, especially those without or lacking of care by their own family. So, despite of the inconvenience that I have to drive 40 minutes from Toowong after the street outreach to the aged care home, and then taking another trip of almost one hour to get back home after the visitation, a time even longer than my weekly drive to the Gold Coast, I still have no regret to do it. The reason I was recommended to do the visitation is that the Vietnamese old lady speaks Cantonese as she once lived in Hong Kong. I anyhow stayed for 45 minutes or close to one hour learning more about her background and emotional status. She is actually only 89 years old. And she was never a refugee but having family clan living in Hong Kong with business. She has three sons and two daughters. Two of her sons are here in Brisbane and one of the sons has three sons all grown up. The eldest is a doctor doing intern for 2 years, the 2nd grandson is a nurse. Her son is computer professional. So, she actually has a good family network to care for her. My visitation has to be approved by her son. So, I really am not sure if my extra visitation will be that critically needed by her. Anyway, we chatted causally until she began to worry about her dinner that she mistaken is due on 4pm. So, she kept calling staff to make sure she would not miss her dinner. I took it as the signal to ask me leave. I thank God anyway for this opportunity to care for the least and vulnerable one and hopefully God will enlighten me if my visitation to this elderly lady is needed, if not appreciated by her and her family.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Toowong on Tuesday Oct 19, 2021 from 1330 to 1500

The weather forecast failed again predicting a rainy day but ended up with a scorching sunny afternoon. It anyhow matches with our passion to share the Gospel to as many people as possible within the limited time frame. All of us focused more on gospel sharing as such we could take less pictures than usual. Recap below is the Battle Log of Hung: -

1. Ed, the big boy tried to avoid me first claiming he is not a religious person, but I rightly said the tract is not about a religious but life issue. The Spirit did change his attitude to listen patiently and turned humble to admit every one needs Jesus as there is no perfect person in this world. Pray that this new enlightenment to Ed will help him to keep perusing God.

2. Then I approached a lady who also rejected to chat. The Spirit anyway helped me to be a pleasant person to keep the chat on. She anyway claimed herself a Philosophy student as such she thought she already master the truth and does not need God. I could only manage to share her the nutshell of the Gospel before the bus arrived.

3. Joshua quickly declared himself a Christian. He did pass my test to show 100% assurance of salvation by trusting in Jesus alone.

4. Jackson a very pleasant and talkative guy. He was open to the gospel and listened very attentively. He agreed that a typical good person is still not perfect enough to earn the eternal life but has to trust in Jesus alone.

5. Jordan is a very nice girl. She was open for a chat but claimed she was once a Christian but was driven away from church because of bad Christian witness. I shared her feeling and agreed that the loss of younger generation is a common phenomenon due to the older generation did not show compatible life witness to what they preach and teach. I confessed no one Christian can claim perfect and by grace God let us make mistakes and learn from it to grow up toward maturity and perfection. I encouraged her to refocus on God Himself to experience His transformation power in her life. I appealed to her to overcome the Jordan river in her heart that became a barrier to prevent her to take possession of the promised land. She felt enlightened and greatly encouraged and was more than happy to take a selfie photo with me.

6. James claimed he got a tract before but cannot feedback his comment on this tract. So, I asked for permission to go through the gospel message again with him. He appeared fully convinced this time and was also greatly encouraged by my testimony that despite of life-threatening bladder cancer, I have no fear or worry but rather having new sense of urgency to share the gospel within the rest of my life which is numbered in God’s hand.

Operation 513 battle Log for Toowong on Tuesday 12/11/2021 from 1330 to 1500

Praise and thanks God we had a team of three, Johnny, Winnie and Hung to serve at Toowong. God’s grace was sufficient that the street outreach was not obstructed by intermittent light dripping rain. We all had reasonable chances to share the Gospel with most being a short one but still with some longer ones that produced good fruit bearing feedback. Winnie might be having the most number of contact in terms of times and head counts as she did share with group of people in one go. Recap below are my gospel sharing battle log: -

1) Angelina a local Brisbane girl who quickly declared herself a Christian but appeared unclear about gospel and lack of 100% assurance of salvation. After going through the whole gospel message, she finally came to the correct understanding that as a sinner, she needed to face judgment after death. But as soon as she show a repentant heart to accept Jesus as her personal Saviour, letting Jesus to take her place to receive the eternal hell of fire punishment, she is granted back the heavenly citizenship right away by means of Jesus as her mediator. The work of Jesus is 1005 effective as such she should have 100% of assurance. She was thankful for this clarification.

2) Clarissa is a middle-aged local Aussie lady. She asked me bluntly why do we want to do this on the street and if we are paid to do so. She seemed to be an old fashion church goer as such she said should Christian be concentrating in serving inside their mother church, doing tithing and all other church programs rather than spending time on the street doing seemingly fruitless work. I clarified to her that I am a pastor but I did not choose to stay and wait inside my church but rather venture out to share the gospel to people of all nations which is the mandate ministry of every Christians not just limited to the pastor. She still found it beyond belief but was moved to take a tract to understand what is the message we desperately want to share to all people.

3) A young Chinese by the name Yang 楊 is actually an ABC, his parents were from Guangzhou 父母廣州 but they never brought him to attend any Chinese language class as such his preferred language was English. Initially he did not want to chat as he had taken a tract before and read it yet fi nd no inspiration. 拿過看過,But after I went through the whole gospel message with him , he turned all positive and receptive認同 to the concept of the gospel. He promised to seriously consider to take his step of faith to accept Jesus.

4) An Elderly Man was kind and nice to have a chat. Yet his bus came too early too quick but he still willingly took a track to read.

5) Lisa another local Aussie Christian girl who has 100% of assurance of salvation in response to q1. No time to cross check q2. Just pray that she is all good in term of full understanding of God’s salvation package described in 2 Cor 1:10.

6) Finneran an young Aussie girl. She is a non-believer but appeared very attentive and receptive to the gospel message. Pray that she will be moved to take the step of faith to receive Christ as her saviour.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Toowong on Tuesday October 5th, 2021 from 1330 to 1500

It was a very warm Spring afternoon with temperature scorching high to around 32C, just a bit lower than 37C yesterday. There were also only Johnny and Hung with Winnie absent for a medical appointment. It nevertheless did not hamper the work of God through us. Both of us had consecutive divine conversation that we hardly had chance to take photo for each other. For my battle log sake, all I could do is a quick shot before or after the conversation from the back. Today, many gospel targets claimed to be Christians but none of them has clear understanding of gospel and all have no assurance of salvation. Pray that the gospel message we shared to either non-believers or Christians will give them a boost in their journey of faith. Recap below are the highlight of the gospel conversation: -

1) Brodie a local Aussie claimed to be a Christian but has only 70% assurance.

2) A Filipino man rejected the gospel and tract.

3) Kyla and Mina are both Christians from PNG, but both have no idea at all about God’s salvation plan and whether they are qualified for Heaven.

4) Imagens claimed herself non-religious, but she cannot find any loophole in the gospel message but admit that it is all sensible and acceptable.

5) John, a QUT student yet lives in St Lucia. He is a country boy thus a typical good guy. Yet he has no idea about the gospel and I could only finish half way the core of the gospel message.

6) Peter another senior man who was reluctant to chat. But I still managed to give him a tract and briefed him the conclusion that even good persons need Jesus.

7) Alia an UQ student from Malaysia of Indian background. Yet she found the gospel sensible and attracting. She promised to read the tract and ponder seriously to accept Jesus as Saviour.

8 ) Kathy another UQ student from Singapore. She is yet another Christian who is not sure of her assurance salvation.

9) Wendy an UQ student from mainland China. She was exceptionally objective and open to chat and also reached the conclusion that Jesus is the only way for us sinners to be saved.

10) Ella a local Aussie UQ student is again a Christian but did expose her status after I finished the gospel. Yet she also had been diagnosed without assurance of salvation. I urged her to seek association with Power to Change to get her spiritual journey started for growth.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Toowong on Tuesday 28/9/2021 from 1330 to 1500

It was a gloomy and comparatively quiet day with much less people flow. The three of us Johnny, Winnie and Hung still managed to looked upon God to find us the gospel targets. Johnny and Winnie were both as diligent as usual kept making approach irrespective of many initial rejections.  As for me, I only got three meaning conversation all are Chinese. But one is an ABC and two from mainland China. Both show rare willingness to chat and share most possibly I could identify with their home town where I paid visit many years ago. I also met Lucy Lee, the graduate of the 5th Online Kairos and a candidate of full-time missionary of Power to Change. It was great she recognized me in mask and shared about her need to raise enough financial support before she can join as a full-time worker. She has got 30% already and let pray for God’s timely provision to make her be accepted as a full-time ministry with Power to Change as soon as possible.

First, I approach a Chinese looking lady by the name of Teresa. She however is an ABC or ABV with Chinese parents and ancestor as such we have to communicate in English. She was talkative, friendly and receptive to the Gospel.

Then, I caught up with Frank from Nanjing, Jiang So 江蘇南京,he is in year 3 and was a very good listener and willing communicator. I even had time to share my personal testimony how I turned to God after many test and trial that God had put into my life and career development in the CH Tung Group. Pray that the message I shared with him will bear fruit of salvation in His time.

Mr Wang王 from Lanzhou is still a member of the Chinese Communist Party. That was the reason he used to excuse himself from turning Christ even though he knew there are churches in his home city.  Anyway, I first befriended with him about things and food in Lanzhou. I did eat Lanzhou Beef Noodle yesterday at Garden City but the quality is of no match with the genuine Lanzhou beef ramen in home town. I shared about the unforgettable experience of crossing the Yellow River on the sheep skin bubble raft and the chilling feeling of dipping my feet in the icy river current. Then God gave me enough time to share the Gospel and invited him to consider to trust in Jesus as his saviour to remove all fear in his life. He looked very impressed and moved to make this last step of faith in any time soon , as led by the Spirit.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Toowong on Tuesday Sep 21, 2021 from 1330 - 1500

The weather had a flip flop change from a warm early Spring back to a windy and chilly late Winter. The team of three Johnny, Winnie and Hung nevertheless still faithfully served to share the gospel at the bus stop. It seemed to be just yet another day, but every single divine encounter was full of unknown consequence not short of amazing grace for our gospel targets. The rejection rate was normal but on the low side. So we thanks God for all the positive responses that allowed us to share the gospel fully or even for just a brief beginning. Recap below were my battle log: -

1) Young Aussie lady appeared to be a good listener. But last step of introducing her to Jesus was interrupted by the bus.

2) A Man was too busy to chat but took a tract and I saw him read it as soon as he got seated on the bus.

3) Edwin an UQ student from Columbia. He quickly told me he is a Christian though of Catholic background. But he stood the test having 100% assurance of salivation as he was an active member of power to change in Columbia. He was happy to take a selfie with me.

4) Sonya an UQ student from Fiji of Hindu background but she was very responsive and receptive to the Gospel.

5) An Aussie girl from Harvey Bay who studies at QUT but came to meet her boy friend in UQ. She claimed herself a Christian from a very conservative family background but the bus arrived too quick as such I had no time to check her assurance of salvation.

6) Emily an UQ student from West Ipswich. She is a seeker and has been attending church intermittently. Her understanding and response to the gospel was very promising just in short of making a last step of faith.

7) An Aussie couple who have graduated and are both working. They also appeared quite receptive to the gospel both taking a tract to read.

8 ) I caught up with a Chinese guy but our conversation was interrupted by his sister coming to meet him up. The sister anyway took a tract as a compensation for her interruption to my conversation with her brother.

9) Mr Chung 鍾 from Mainland China大陸,We had good interaction on the concept of sin. It left enough thought for him to ponder after we were apart.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Toowong on Tuesday 14th September, 2021 from 1330 – 1500

It was a windy afternoon but the enthusiasm of proclamation of the gospel was never diminished a bit. Winnie re-joined us after two weeks of rest for attending medical appointment and team up with Johnny and Hung as usual. The initial period was no good as the conversations were mostly interrupted prematurely by the arriving bus. Situation had gone better in the latter part of our stay at the bus stop. Getting longer time to finish at least the core gospel message. Thing I personally experience to day was that the readiness and openness of hearts is also in control at the hands of God, it has nothing to differentiate between religions or regions that any particular people group would be harder to reach. So, as a loyal servant of God, all we need to do is to faithfully convey the message of God’s good news and leave the result in God’s hands. Recap below are the divine encounters I had for today. Amongst them two are Christians, all the rest are non-believers in which 4 are Atheist, 1 Muslim and 2 Hindu. So , it presented a balance spectrum of religious following and people from different races.

1) A Malaysian English-speaking senior Christian馬老人英語基. The bus came too quick as such there was no time to check his assurance of salvation

2) Christine Lee, Antony ‘s wife. We caught up with each other and expressing respect for our faithfulness on the street that used to be dominated by the Mormon and Jehovah Witness.

3) David a local Aussie who were friendly to response but again not enough time to finish even the core of the gospel message. Pray that the tract will do good.

4) Another Chinese Atheist girl. 女生無神論 but was still able to get to the gospel message.

5) A young black guy with an USA accent appeared quite welcoming for the chat. Yet again, time just barely enough to finish the core of the gospel message.

6) Started another chat with a Chinese Girl中女, which again could not last long.

7) Caught up with yet another Atheist girl無神女, but was able to keep chatting to convey the gospel.

8 ) Katrina is a Malaysian Muslim girl but with a very receptive and opened attitude to engage in very deep conversation. She affirmed to me that being a good person alone would not qualify us to heaven. Her qualification to heaven is to have faith in God making me mis-guess her as a Christian. But she is a Muslim so I pointed out to her that the difference of the character of God of Christianity with all other gods is that He is both loving kindness and righteous as such He cannot left any sin unpunished. His forgiveness must be grounded upon an atoning grace by a perfect one who can be Jesus alone. He came to die for us and went to hell to take our place to receive the punishment of our sin originally due on us. So, God’s righteous requirement is satisfied with our sins being punished not on us but Jesus. For all other religion, the forgiveness of sin offered by their god is baseless. As no one ending up is to receive any punishment. This simple logic earns the full consent of this simple-minded Muslin girl and agreed that Jesus alone is the way, the truth and life to eternity. Pray that the Holy Spirit will do the last step to convict her into true Christian faith.

9) A Hindu couples declined to chat with Johnny just taking a tract from him. I gave it a go and the husband show unexpected friendliness to chat with me. Although his English is not that good, but roughly he showed respect to us seeing us doing street evangelism all the time and he had collected many tracts from us. I followed up on his comments on the tract if it makes sense. He just stressed that we are people of different culture and can be friend despite of difference in faith. I gave him a thumb up but still managed to point out the differences as I told the Muslim girl. The bus came and have to wait for another chance another time.

感謝主 今天遇到12人傳福音機會。載眼镜的青年人Joe, 另一青年 Matthew. 他們都是基督徒,解释救恩。另外一青年坐着椅子,Max, 會想想信仰問题。

Operation 513 Battle Log for Toowong on Tuesday September 7th, 2021 from 1330 – 1500

Today only Johnny and Hung were available as Winnie had an eyes specialist appointment. The weather in the early Spring was very fine, sunny but not too warm. Bus frequency was as rapid as usual but still leaving enough gap and people flow to get us fully occupied. Rejection rate was low close to zero. People either non-believers or Christians were mostly receptive. Many were reached people for us to do follow up. The climax for today outreach happened on Johnny, a seemingly informed Muslim from Egypt stopped on purpose to have a very long chat with johnny towards the end of our ministry period. We guessed that Muslim wanted to convert Johnny to the Muslim faith. Of course, it gave chance for Johnny to share with him the full gospel. May the Will of God be done. Recap below were my divine encounters: -

1) An Indian lady rejected Johnny and I gave a 2nd trial but still failed. Yet I still managed to keep chatting on the reason why being a Good Person alone is not enough before the bus came.

2) Ilin an ABC had good response to the gospel and appeared very receptive.

3) Indian

4) Patrick yet another ABC who has heard the gospel before, so all I need to do is to reinforce his understanding on the gospel and the implication of Jesus salvation.

5) Two Muslim Women were in a conversation themselves so they did not want to be interrupted but I still managed to leave them a tract.

6) Ali an UQ student from Iran who heard the gospel from Winnie and he is really attending church now though not yet officially receiving Christ but it is very close.

7) John an UQ student who was very receptive to the gospel so I recommended them to Power to Change

8 ) Patrick another Chinese UQ student from Hangzhou, China. He and his family are all Christians, but he admitted his faith has slipped back and cooled down. 杭州信淡了

9) Dustin is an UQ student from India. He also heard the gospel but still of the opinion that doing our best to be a good person is enough, his faith in God was tarnished by negative Christian witness. I still encouraged him to look inside if he considers him perfect. If not then he may seriously consider to ponder apart from Jesus, who can give him redemption to save him from eternal death punishment.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Toowong on Tuesday August 31, 2021 from 1330 – 1500

Today was the last day of Winter but the weather readily as warm as deep Spring. It was a pity Winnie could not join us because of the lingering threat of road blockage by the protesting truckie against Govt policy on lock down and compulsory vaccination. Thus, only Johnny and Hung served today as usual. With only the two of us, both were getting busier. Hung always gave Johnny the priority to approach people so Hung could take photo. It however did not reduce Hung chance of outreach. Recap below were the 11 occasions of Divine encounter.

1) A Local Aussie boy that I did not have time to get his name as I had to rush finishing the core message of the gospel before he boarded the bus. He appeared open to the gospel message. I trust the tract will help to path the possible next encounter here.

2) Another local Aussie boy when asked was not sure if he could go to heaven. The same problem happened that I could only manage to brief about the tract when the bus came.

3) It was good I spent most time with Lawrence a middle age local Aussie lady. She was very receptive and fed back to me that the gospel message all makes good sense. I encourage her to read the tract at home and digest the message asking the Spirit to guide her to face her true self and God to make her final step of faith to receive Christ which appear so very close already.

4) A local Aussie Mum with a baby in pram chased after the bus from a long distance away. I signed the bus driver to open the door to wait for her. Even though I had no chance to hand her a tract. But I believe this action love gesture would leave an imprint in the heart of that lady more ready for another divine encounter arranged by God.

5) Joseph was a Christian. But the diagnosis of his assurance of salvation only reached 99%. Even the bus had come, I still managed to make him aware of the fact that the work of Jesus dying for us taking our place to receive the punishment of our sin fencing off the hell of hire from consuming us is 100% effective. The 1 % uncertainty is from the evil on accusing us , particularly Christian to feel inferior and still not good enough to meet God’s ultimate standard of perfection missing out the understanding that it is also God’s plan to allow us a path to grow toward perfection learning from our mistake through the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

6) Kate was an UQ student in purpose dress. It was her first time to hear about the gospel and amazingly she found it very sensible, logical and appealing. Praise and thanks for the openness and receptiveness of Kate that God will do the rest to get her closer and over the final step of faith in Christ.

7) Pilfer with her cute daughter Sharon initially took a tract from Johnny but did not show interest to chat as she had to tend for her 3 years old daughter. She took the tract actually thinking that her daughter would like the cartoon pictures on the tract. So, I picked up from there to volunteer to explain to her daughter but in effect talking to her. The conversation went well and again she found no point to negate or deny the relevance and sense making message of the Gospel. Pray for God’s redemptive work on the Mum and daughter despite she has many tattoo on her body suggesting she is of post-modern youngster deadly in need of sense of self existence.

8 ) A girl rejecting to chat initially but ended up still letting me share briefly before the bus came and took away a tract to read.

9) Vincent is an UQ student from Jei Jiang 浙冮, China who claimed that I had a chat with him before. I asked what did he find about the message of the tract , then he frankly said it was already a bit blur to remember. I took the time to go over the gospel again with him who listened attentively. I pray he will get the points clearer and better this time and we may have future chance for follow up.

10) An Indian Lady was on phone without my notice and still took a tract from me while she was listening on the phone. It must be a lead for a possible future unfinished chat liked what I just had with Vincent.

11) Then finally I approached and Asian girl in English having a brief chat before the bus came.
